We found Mr Jax at the local ASPCA. We already had a male beagle, I had wanted a girl but they said a male with a male would be less aggressive. I had 2 young daughters and wanted to be sure a male (from the pound) would be really safe. I had my husband and older daughter walk him to me and I felt I would know by his look. He smiled at me!! I mean, he really smiled at me. I knew he was perfect. And, he was. He was. The sweetest angel God had ever sent to earth. He has touched everyone he met, even 1 who was afraid of dogs had faith restored. We love and miss our baby, our Girth, our puppy angel
