Well Mom this will be my third Christmas here. The Angels have been really busy getting all the stars lit. This year has been a very busy year for pets that had no home or loved one on earth. When they cross over at first they are scared but then they see all the other pets playing and having fun. It does not take them long to join in. I have lots of new friends. CoCo is still his goofy self. That poodle still looks like a grey cotton ball. Tabby is still her grouchy self. Sheba has started hanging out closer to the bridge these days. I do not have to tell you why. Her Mom, my Grandma is getting on in years. She has that far away look sometimes. I can not say how much longer Grandma has with you, but enjoy Christmas with her and take lots of pictures. Even if you have to sneak up on her to do it. When she does cross over I will be there to give her a great big kiss, and to tell Sheba goodbye.
Mom there is something I want to clear up. Everyone seems to think that we miss our family on earth. That is not really true. You see we love our family on earth and can not wait to see them again but we do not miss them. God said that there is no saddness in Heaven, and that is true. If we missed our family then we would be sad. Truth is we have no time to be sad. There is always a new pet to show the ropes to. We can go swimming or cloud surfing. There is always someone up for a good game of chase or hide and seek. Or if you prefer you can just sleep in the sun. You see time here has no meaning. There on earth I have been gone over 2 years but here it is like I just got here a short time ago.
Mom I love you and hope you have a great Christmas. Tell Elizabeth that Chloe is beautiful, and Jordan looks just like Joey when he was little. Tell Joey to behave his self and stay out of jail. That boy lets his mouth write a check his butt can't cash. but I do love that boy.
